1. What is Dgdeluxe main business?
Dgdeluxe main business is using its innovative network marketing to build, promote and manage brands.

2. Why was Dgdeluxe established?
A group of business men attended a watch exhibition in Hong Kong. During the exhibition, one of the branded watches was sold at USD1 million. This initiated them to consider building a brand that would one day become a world brand.

3. Why does Dgdeluxe use this innovative network program to promote its brand?
A brand is normally build through intensive advertisement in newspaper, television commercial, magazines, bill board and other advertising media. All these promotional methods are extremely costly. Apart from promotional cost, there are distribution costs such as appointment of regional agents, country sole agents and retail shops. All these add to the operation cost as well. On the contrary, we want to build a brand at the price that our customer can afford without compromising on quality.

4. What is the company’s business philosophy?
At Dgdeluxe, we strongly believe in working together to achieve a common goal. As such, we strongly uphold our business philosophy of “Build Together, Earn Together”.

5. Is Dgdeluxe an investment company?
No. It does not receive money for investment. Members join Dgdeluxe to jointly promote its brands and in return receive rewards and commission.

6. How to register as a member?
New members are required to be referred (sponsored) by a current member. The referrer goes online and registers the new members via www.dgdeluxe.com member login area.

7. What are the precautionary measures that I should take during registration?
Your referrer/sponsor will assist you in filling up your personal details in the member registration area. Make sure that all the required information is filled CORRECTLY to avoid unnecessary problem.
Your referrer/sponsor may fill up your temporary Password and Transaction Code. Please change it as soon as possible to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Can I choose my favorite User ID?
You have a choice to choose your favorite User ID. It allows you to login to your account easily. Once you have chosen your User ID, you cannot change it.

9. How can I change my Password and Transaction Code?
Login your member account using your current Password. Go to your Profile to change your Password and Transaction Code.

10. What if I forgot my Password and Transaction Code?
You can submit your request through your email (as registered in your account) to enquiry@dgdeluxe.com. Dgdeluxe will only reply to your registered email as specified in your Profile only.

11. What is System ID
The Member’s System ID is a security feature generated by the computer system once a new member is registered. It has prefix DG- follow by numbers. It is required for
a. Transfer fund
b. Transfer Pin
c. Transfer of Registration pin
d. Transfer Mall Points
You can view your System ID once you have login into your account.

12. Why it is so important that I should update up my “Profile”.
Most members Profile are not complete at the time of registration. So it is the duty and responsibility of the member to update his account correctly after signing up as member. To update the profile, click “My Profile” and “Edit Profile” Kindly ensure that address, telephone numbers and email address are correct. Dgdeluxe shall not be responsible for any losses arising from incorrect information.

13. Can I register several membership accounts for my personal business development?
Yes. Each person can register more than one account. However, the users login ID must be different.

14. What are the meaning of the abbreviations used in Dgdeluxe?
a. BB Brand Building Bonus This is the collective term for  commission receivedfrom Pairing Bonus , Direct Sponsor Bonus, Team Bonus Gold Mine Bonus and  Emerald Bonus.  All Branding Bonus (BB) are in the form of points  BB credit points and can be converted into cash and withdrawn in the respective countries in accordance to the  Conversion Rate published by DGdeluxe.
b. PV Promotion Voucher This Promotion Voucher points are  promotional points for members to enjoy big discount for Tour Package and other facilities which will be announced from time to time.
c. MP Mall Point Mall Point is used to redeem product from Dgdeluxe. The MP can be transfer to other Members whom you can authorize to redeem the product from the company.
d. PPV Product Pin Voucher The  Ruby Bonus is paid in the form of Product Pin Voucher (PPV). The Member can request for withdrawal in the form of Registration Pins which will be transferred into the member’s Pin pool. The PPV cannot be converted into cash.

15. Can BB credit points be transferred?
Yes. Members may transfer their BB credits points to any members via “Transfer Funds” by clicking “E-Wallet Tools” on the left hand side of the member area.

16. Is there a minimum transfer of BB credit points?
There is no minimum transfer amount and currently there is no charges levied for internal transfer of BB credit points among members. However, each account must maintain a minimum of 15BB credit points.

17. What is the purpose of maintaining 15 BB in the member accounts?
It is used for servicing and upgrading the MIT system so as to provide our members with real time system report.
